PrecisionTest is an online practice platform that helps users prepare for aptitude and assessment tests commonly used in Nigerian recruitment processes. The Platform provides:

• Timed practice tests with multiple choice questions
• Custom test uploads via Word or text documents
• Instant scoring and result reviews
• Educational guides and resources for test preparation

3. User Accounts

You create an account by providing your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use PrecisionTest only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others. You must not:

• Share your account with others or impersonate another person
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Platform's content or software
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract content from the Platform
• Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Use the Platform in any way that could damage or impair its functionality

5. Intellectual Property

All content on PrecisionTest, including questions, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the property of PrecisionTest and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

Questions you upload remain your own property. By uploading, you grant PrecisionTest a limited licence to process and display that content solely for your use of the service.

6. Paid Products

PrecisionTest offers optional paid guides and resources. All purchases are subject to our payment terms:

• Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless stated otherwise
• Payments are processed securely through our payment provider
• Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded
• We reserve the right to update pricing at any time

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

PrecisionTest is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that practice on our Platform will result in passing any specific assessment. Results depend on individual effort, preparation, and the requirements of the employer or institution administering the test.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrecisionTest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to PrecisionTest at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Use. You may also stop using the Platform at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
